A C\/TPA may manage a portion of an employer\u2019s drug and alcohol testing policy or the entire program. The C\/TPA may also take responsibility for compliance, testing, and record-keeping as an agent of the employer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Services<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a Consortium\/Third Party Administrator (C\/TPA), we simplify the process and coordinate all aspects of your testing program including random selections, generation of statistical reporting, coordinating urine, oral and\/or hair specimen collections, alcohol testing, laboratory testing, MRO services, and HR consulting.<br \/>\nWe will provide a program to meet your needs whether it is DOT, Company or Customer driven.<\/p>\n<p>We safeguard knowledge and professional practices that keep employers in compliance with federal and state drug and alcohol testing regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Tests include but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre-employment Screening<\/strong><br \/>\nEnsure new hires are clear of substance abuse prior to onboarding through pre-employment screening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Post-accident Screening<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the event that an employee is involved in a workplace accident, testing is required to determine whether drugs were a factor in the incident. Post-accident testing should be done within 12 hours of the incident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Random Screening<\/strong><br \/>\nRandom screening is a program where the employer, uses a random selection process, selects one or more individuals from an employee pool to undergo testing. This is required for Federally-mandated, safety-sensitive workers. Eg: pilots, bus drivers, truck drivers.<br \/>\nSome non-regulated employers also elect to perform random drug testing on their employees to deter employee drug use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reasonable Suspicion Screening<\/strong><br \/>\nReasonable Suspicion Screening is performed when employers have evidence, or reasonable cause to suspect an employee of drug use.
