Specimen Types
We can conduct drug testings through different specimen types. Here are the 6 most common types of specimens used in individual drug & alcohol testings. Urine Test
A urine test is the most commonly used specimen type.
Detection window: 1 to 30 days
Oral Fluid or Saliva Test
Oral fluid or saliva testing is typically used for-cause testing and post-incident testing.
Detection window: 30 to 60 minutes
Hair Test
Hair drug testing provides the longest detection window and is not easily tampered with.
Detection window: Up to 90 days of repetitive use
Blood Drug Test
Suitable for a person suspected to be actively under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Blood drug tests offer a very short window of detection.
Detection window: Minutes to hours
Nail Drug Test
Both fingernail and toenail can be used for drug testing. Sample collection is fast and non-intrusive, and can be performed anywhere under the supervision of a trained collector.
Detection window: 6 to 12 months
Sweat Patch Test
With Sweat Drug Testing, a patch is attached directly to an individual’s skin. The patch is able to detect traces of drugs in the person’s sweat. This method of testing is relatively non-invasive and difficult to tamper with.

Please bring along a photo ID on the day of testing. It can be your Passport/Driving License/National ID.

What type of drugs do I need to test for?
If you are taking the test for employment, school, or court, check with your administration to see what drugs they are interested in testing for. If you are not exactly sure, call in or email us to enquire and we can help you.
How long will the drug test results take?
Negative test results are typically available in a day. Otherwise, you will receive the results anytime between 1 working day to 4 weeks. it depends on the type of test required and whether the results are negative or positive.
