Ben Chan is an expert in drug and alcohol testing, specializing in litigation support for cases involving substance use and addiction. He has extensive experience in regulatory, legislative, and scientific aspects of these issues.

Ben has provided drug and alcohol testing services to aviation companies in Singapore, including Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, Scoot, Jetstar, and Seletar Jet Charter as well as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). He also partnered with Changi General Hospital (CGH) to offer rehabilitation services for pilots.

In addition, Ben has helped companies, including those in oil refineries and background screening, develop tailored drug and alcohol testing policies to ensure legal compliance and workplace safety.

Ben offers expert litigation support, providing analysis and testimony on legal cases involving drug and alcohol testing, including drink-driving, addiction, workplace incidents, and regulatory compliance. He has testified in court in Singapore and conducted studies for DUI defense cases.
